Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for increasing the overall effectiveness of Threshold's quality assurance processes and infrastructure. You will develop and execute test cases to verify compliance with specified business requirements. As a strong communicator and team player, you will also collaborate with the development and project teams within the organization.

Key responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements to identify testing needs
- Develop/execute test plans, test cases, and functional and integration testing
- Provide test result reports and assist with documentation
- Prepare and maintain test environments
- Liaise with project and system development teams to resolve issues and create new initiatives

The ideal candidate has:
- A minimum of five years' experience in quality assurance and software testing,
  specifically on multi-tiered and web-based applications.
- Experience in SQL Server 2000/2005, Windows, .NET and DB2 environments.
- Working knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, best practices and
  methodologies, defect tracking systems and automated test tools.
- Experience testing within the financial industry is preferred.
