Manager of Service Delivery

The Manager of Service Delivery is responsible for the operational design and performance of our device management services solution (Threshold Device Manager), an integral part of Threshold's ABM offering. You will be the subject matter expert on ABM device management and collaborate with colleagues to execute an effective solution for onboarding new clients. You will also be accountable for compliance, continuous improvement and operational performance internally and externally with service providers.

Key responsibilities:
- Subject matter expert on device management solutions, supporting sales
  and delivery teams, and providing training and client support
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures
  with associated training programs.
- Champion of solution enhancements, working with key internal/external stakeholders
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of system usage and deployment.

The ideal candidate has:
- Minimum five years' experience in a related management position
  with strong experience in technology project management
- Strong leadership and change management agent experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience developing client relationships with a strong customer service focus
- Experience managing service solutions for ABM cash forecasting
  and device management is an asset
