Human Resource Generalist

Our growing Company is seeking a Human Resource Generalist with a recruiting speciality. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Generalist will ensure HR services and employee relations are delivered proactively in line with the highest levels of best practices and in an accessible and professional style to foster employee engagement and retention.

The Human Resource Generalist's primary responsibility will be to assist hiring managers with their recruitment and selection needs, ensuring high quality candidates are sourced, presented and matched to appropriate positions. You will also assist with employee relations, administrative support, HRIS data-entry and participate in HR related projects.

Our ideal candidate will have at least three years experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on recruiting, a post secondary Human Resources College Diploma or equivalent work experience and is working towards obtaining the CHRP designation.
