Customer Service Support Representative - Automated Banking Machines

We need an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the full service operations technical support team of our growing company to liaise with customers and vendors.

The Customer Service Representatives on our team assess Automated Banking Machine (ABM) problems and co-ordinate the resources required for resolving issues in a timely manner. As the first person many of our customers and suppliers speak to, you will be an Ambassador for our company while maximizing support to ensure the nearly two thousand ABMs on our network are fully functional 100% of the time.

Your responsibilities will include receiving and resolving calls from clients, cardholders and sales representatives; real-time monitoring of our ABM network; analyzing specific problems and resolving them within a timely manner; liaising with internal staff and third party service providers while maintaining accurate records of all issues in our proprietary ticketing system.

As our ideal candidate you are a positive, pleasant person with excellent problem solving and customer service skills. You are detail oriented, have strong verbal and written communication skills and are available to work shifts in a 24/7 environment. If you have previous work experience in a technical support center, are bilingual English/French and have familiarity with ABM technology then your application will be placed at the top of our list.
