Business Analyst - Operations

The Business Analyst, Operations is responsible for understanding and providing continual analysis of business data as well as the administration of key systems used within Operations. As an expert on Threshold's ABM ticketing system, the Analyst will make recommendations on information to support strategic decision making and knowledge development.

Key responsibilities:
- Focus on the success of the rules-based Device Manager system (FiServ), an ABM ticketing system.
- Analyze, make and present recommendations on areas such as service, customer
  and financial data.
- Present information to a variety of audiences including customer support,
  operations and business development.
- Create reports for ongoing use and ad-hoc queries.
- Build tools using Access for invoice auditing and other data management.
- Learn new systems and processes to ensure support and setup of changing requirements.
- Administer other systems, such as CRM, that are heavily business focused.

The ideal candidate has:
- Minimum two years' experience in operational data analysis and report creation.
- Working knowledge of T-SQL and ability to write stored procedures
  on MS SQL relational databases, Excel modeling, ACCESS and PowerPoint.
