The Junior Systems (Switch) Engineer will support Threshold's S1 Postilion EFT Switch transaction processing infrastructure, which runs on an AIX and Windows platforms. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic person with experience as an applications/systems engineer and interested in highly available systems which drive business 24x7. Your experience with Windows, AIX, SQL Server, and/or DB2 will be put to good use as you dig deeper into driving high degrees of performance from these systems. As part of a team of engineers you will evolve the capabilities of our core systems while providing diagnostic support to the production operations team.

The Technical Support Coordinator, under the direction of the Manager, IST Infrastructure, is accountable for ensuring that technical support for both external and internal end users is delivered in a professional, timely manner. Support primarily includes installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of workstations, servers, networking equipment and related applications. This position also needs to be available for out-of-hours systems support.

The Business Analyst, Operations position is responsible for understanding and proving analysis of business data as well as providing administration of key systems used within Operations. Through continual system analysis and administration, the Analyst will become a Subject Matter Expert on Threshold's ABM ticketing system and is the primary contact for liaising with the vendor.

The System Operator role provides knowledgeable expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting ABM communication and system outages issues, for Threshold's mission critical systems. The System Operator is responsible for actively monitoring the state of health of various platforms within the environment using the ticketing and monitoring tools provided, and reacting to alerts triggered by those systems.

The Junior Production Service Analyst will have a solid foundation in technical change management, joining the support team responsible for the production processing environment at Threshold. You will effectively coordinate the accurate and timely execution of the daily production operations plan, ensuring administration and monitoring activities, for customer production systems, transaction switches, settlement systems, and other ancillary transaction processing systems, are functioning properly.

The Senior Application Developer is innovative and has the expertise to take an active leadership role in software, website and script development, as well as ongoing technical support for our proprietary software. As part of the Information Systems Development team, this role is critical to achieve our development goals.

The Application Developer works closely with the Information Systems & Technology department to ensure that all applications are bug free, innovative and adhere to the business requirements. In this role, you will work as a member of the development team on application development, script development, site maintenance and third-level support. The Application Developer is also responsible for application security and release standards.

The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for increasing the overall effectiveness of Threshold's quality assurance processes and infrastructure. You will develop and execute test cases to verify compliance with specified business requirements. As a strong communicator and team player, you will also collaborate with the development and project teams within the organization.

The Manager of Service Delivery is responsible for the operational design and performance of our device management services solution (Threshold Device Manager), an integral part of Threshold's ABM offering. You will be the subject matter expert on ABM device management and collaborate with colleagues to execute an effective solution for onboarding new clients. You will also be accountable for compliance, continuous improvement and operational performance internally and externally with service providers.
