Business Analyst

We have an opening for a Business Analyst with a strong customer service focus to join our very busy financial transaction processing department called Switching Services.

As the newest member of the Switching Services team, the Business Analyst will use superb customer service and organizational skills to effectively coordinate the migration of new clients’ corporate financial services onto our proprietary transaction processing platform. You will test software to certify connections to host banking systems are operational, prepare procedural documents and train corporate clients on the use of our web based reporting system.

You have at least three years experience in a demanding client facing information technology Business Analyst role, preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on software migrations, quality assurance, documentation preparation and training. You also have a post secondary education or equivalent experience, as well as a demonstrably innovative approach to analysis and procedural trouble shooting.
