Production Support Analyst



We have an opening for an Information Technology (IT) Analyst with a solid foundation in technical Change Management to join our very busy financial transaction processing support team, which is responsible for the management of the production processing environment.

The Production Support Analyst possesses the skills to effectively coordinate the accurate and timely execution of the daily production operations plan. This will ensure administrative and monitoring activities, including customer production systems; transaction switches; settlement systems; and other ancillary transaction processing systems are functioning properly.

You have at least three years experience in a demanding information technology Support Analyst role, preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on change management, production scheduling, collecting systems performance statistics and implementation of new processes. You have a post secondary IT education in MS WIN systems or equivalent experience plus SQL Server or DB2 database configuration in a AIX / UNIX environment.
