Manager, Card Products

We have an immediate opening for a Manager, Card Products to supervise our EMV card products rollout, the associated operational management and delivery, plus future card issuance.

The Manager, Card Products will be responsible for planning and managing the initial delivery of Threshold's card program to approximately 60 financial institutions. You will work with internal departments and key vendors to ensure the successful and timely migration of Threshold's client base to EMV card technology. You will then supervise the future provisioning of this service.

You will take charge of creating the framework for this process by developing policies and procedures based on best practices and practical knowledge gained from your previous professional experience implementing new EMV card programs, which include developing product processes, implementing controls, testing, documentation, and managing previous product launches of EMV and chip card technologies.

As our ideal candidate you bring at least five years of financial card issuance experience that includes program management knowledge, in addition to a comprehensive understanding of EFT and ABM systems, a strong customer service focus and demonstrated vendor management expertise.
